Droits de propriété intellectuelle et contenus protégés légalement
 
La Fondation pour le Développement de la Créativité Arabe,
l'École de la Revitalisation du Patrimoine Intellectuel et Civilisationnel,
et l'Académie de la Créativité
avertissent fermement contre toute utilisation non autorisée de ces titres ou contenus, qui ont été volés d'un site Internet où la présidente de la fondation, l'auteure et romancière Mariam Al-Sayegh,
a publié ses œuvres de 2007 à 2023.
 
Avertissement juridique n°3
 
Il est strictement interdit de procéder aux actions suivantes :
 
Utiliser les titres mentionnés pour tout autre livre, qu'il ait le même contenu ou un contenu différent.
 
Reproduire ou distribuer toute partie des livres ou articles volés sans autorisation explicite des détenteurs des droits légaux.
 
Utiliser les titres ou toute partie du contenu dans d'autres œuvres commerciales ou littéraires sans licence officielle.
 
Premièrement : Droits de propriété intellectuelle des livres
 
Toutes les œuvres mentionnées sont entièrement protégées par les lois locales et internationales sur la propriété intellectuelle, y compris :
 
La Convention de Berne pour la protection des œuvres littéraires et artistiques.
 
La loi égyptienne n°82 de 2002 concernant la protection de la propriété intellectuelle.
 
La loi saoudienne sur la protection des droits d'auteur.
 
La loi émiratie n°7 de 2002 concernant les droits d'auteur et les droits voisins.
 
Les lois sur les droits d'auteur dans l'Union Européenne et les États-Unis.
 
Deuxièmement : Interdiction d'utiliser les titres ou le contenu
 
Il est strictement interdit :
 
D'utiliser les titres ou les contenus protégés dans toute autre publication sous quelque forme que ce soit.
 
De republier ou de distribuer l'un des 4 990 articles volés.
 
D'utiliser les contenus protégés dans des œuvres commerciales ou littéraires sans autorisation officielle.
 
Troisièmement : Responsabilité légale et sanctions
 
Toute violation de ces droits entraînera :
 
Des actions juridiques immédiates contre la partie contrevenante.
 
La demande de compensations financières importantes pour les dommages matériels et moraux résultant de l'infraction.
 
L'émission de mesures judiciaires pour arrêter la publication ou la distribution de toute œuvre violée.
 
Quatrièmement : Avertissement final
 
Toute tentative d'utilisation des titres ou contenus protégés sans licence légale fera l'objet de procédures légales strictes pour protéger les droits intellectuels et littéraires.

Intellectual Property Rights and Legally Protected Contents
 
The Foundation for the Development of Arab Creativity,
The School for the Revival of Intellectual and Civilizational Heritage,
and the Academy of Creativity
strongly warn against any unauthorized use of these titles or contents, which have been stolen from a website where the President of the Foundation, author and novelist Mariam Al-Sayegh,
has published her works from 2007 to 2023.
 
Third Legal Warning
 
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
 
Using the mentioned titles for any other book, whether with the same content or different content.
 
Republishing or distributing any part of the stolen books or articles without explicit permission from the legal rights holders.
 
Using the titles or any part of the content in other commercial or literary works without official licensing.
 
First: Intellectual Property Rights of Books
 
All mentioned works are fully protected under local and international intellectual property laws, including:
 
The Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works.
 
Egyptian Law No. 82 of 2002 regarding the protection of intellectual property.
 
Saudi Copyright Protection Law.
 
UAE Law No. 7 of 2002 regarding Copyright and Neighboring Rights.
 
Copyright laws in the European Union and the United States.
 
Second: Prohibition of Use of Titles or Content
 
The following is strictly prohibited:
 
Using the protected titles or contents in any other publication in any form.
 
Republishing or distributing any of the 4,990 stolen articles.
 
Using the protected contents in commercial or literary works without official permission.
 
Third: Legal Liability and Sanctions
 
Any violation of these rights will lead to:
 
Immediate legal action against the offending party.
 
Claiming significant financial compensation for material and moral damages resulting from the infringement.
 
Issuing judicial orders to stop the publication or distribution of any infringing work.
 
Fourth: Final Warning
 
Any attempt to use the protected titles or contents without legal licensing will face strict legal procedures to protect intellectual and literary rights.

تحذر مؤسسة تنمية الإبداع العربي،
مدرسة إحياء التراث الفكري والحضاري،
وأكاديمية الإبداع
بشدة من أي استخدام غير مصرح به لهذه العناوين أو المحتويات، التي تمت سرقتها من
موقع إلكتروني تابع حيث كانت رئيسة المؤسسة، الكاتبة والروائية مريم الصايغ،
تنشر أعمالها من عام 2007 إلى 2023.
 
تحذير قانوني ثالث
 
يُمنع منعًا باتًا القيام بالإجراءات التالية:
 
استخدام العناوين المذكورة لأي كتاب آخر، سواء بنفس المحتوى أو بمحتوى مختلف.
إعادة نشر أو توزيع أي جزء من الكتب أو المقالات المسروقة دون إذن صريح من أصحاب الحقوق الشرعيين.
استخدام العناوين أو أي جزء من المحتوى في أعمال تجارية أو أدبية أخرى دون ترخيص رسمي.
 
أولًا: حقوق الملكية الفكرية للكتب
 
جميع الأعمال المذكورة محمية بالكامل بموجب القوانين المحلية والدولية للملكية الفكرية، بما في ذلك:
 
- اتفاقية برن لحماية المصنفات الأدبية والفنية.
- القانون المصري رقم 82 لعام 2002 بشأن حماية الملكية الفكرية.
- قانون حماية حقوق الطبع والنشر السعودي.
- القانون الإماراتي رقم 7 لعام 2002 بشأن حقوق التأليف والحقوق المجاورة.
- قوانين حقوق الطبع والنشر في الاتحاد الأوروبي والولايات المتحدة الأمريكية.
 
ثانيًا: حظر استخدام العناوين أو المحتوى
 
يحظر منعًا باتًا:
 
- استخدام العناوين أو المحتويات المحمية في أي منشور آخر بأي شكل من الأشكال.
- إعادة نشر أو توزيع أي من المقالات ال4,990 المسروقة.
- استخدام المحتويات المحمية في أي أعمال تجارية أو أدبية دون تصريح رسمي.
 
ثالثًا: المسؤولية القانونية والعقوبات
 
أي انتهاك لهذه الحقوق سيؤدي إلى:
 
- اتخاذ إجراءات قانونية فورية ضد الطرف المخالف.
- المطالبة بتعويضات مالية كبيرة عن الأضرار المادية والأدبية الناجمة عن التعدي.
- إصدار أوامر قضائية بوقف نشر أو توزيع أي عمل منتهك.
 
رابعًا: التحذير النهائي
 
أي محاولة لاستخدام العناوين أو المحتويات المحمية دون ترخيص قانوني ستواجه بإجراءات قانونية صارمة لحماية الحقوق الفكرية والأدبية.
