Dear ladies and gentlemen
Towards a suitable environment for nurturing creative people...
 
Since I founded the Creativity Development Foundation in 2001
and until today, my first goal has been to protect the little angels whom
God created with special blessings and graces,
including those with disabilities, angels with autism, the deaf and dumb,
and everyone to whom God has given a special blessing.
So
In my field of work with creative people, young people, children,
and special categories of angels with disabilities
and angels with autism at the Arab Creativity Development Foundation,
I have discovered since 2001 until today
that there are many creative people by nature without fatigue or effort
But each of them certainly needs someone who believes in him
and helps him discover his creativity
As he needs to develop his creativity
and nurture it in a permanent way like a living green plant
that needs water and light to grow.
But many creators collide with those who frustrate this creativity,
those who hate it, and those who try to block the ray of its glow,
so its flame fades and isolates itself...
The creator needs a suitable and suitable atmosphere to nurture creativity...
Creativity has no ceiling...
There are creators who have distinguished themselves
and excelled in several diverse fields together.
We find a creator who combines drawing, music, engineering, writing,
and politics. This is a mixture of creativity that was nurtured by personal intelligence and the interest of those who nurture it.
Also, the passion of the creator himself. Among the most wonderful examples that are mentioned for the diversity of creativity are Da Vinci and Benjamin Franklin,
who combined the diversity of interests and creativity
in a number of fields and excelled in them.
But the wonderful thing about some creators is that frustration
and oppression also lead them to creativity
and are an outlet for them to escape from the painful situations
that besiege them.
This is the greatness of creativity,
that you create another universe of your own
that takes you out of frustration
and oppression.
I don't know why in the past the prevailing idea was
that creativity was limited to the rich
- perhaps because they were the only ones able to spend on education -
and that the poor class is not for thinking
and intelligence but for hard work
But the amazing thing is that many of the poor
and middle class proved the racism of this idea
when they were able to make revolutions
and fundamental changes in social, economic
and political life throughout the ages.
One of the most important needs of creativity is that it needs...
* To discover - * To care - * And a method - *
And personal traits ...
that the creative person has to develop them ...
The creative person always has clear, apparent traits that are easy to discover ...
From my dealings with creative people of different ages,
I noticed that there are no specific traits for the creative person
Rather, there is a group of qualities or contradictions
that create creative personalities
But each creative person has his own distinction,
uniqueness and unique personality ...
So we find the creative person ...
* An unconventional person who is distinguished by intelligence
- Able to persuade - Has verbal fluency.
- Cooperative or independent
- Social or tends to isolation - Spontaneous and expresses himself
and his creativity simply and clearly.
- Impulsive - Innovative - Strong-willed.
- A thinker and visionary - Flexible - Likeable or not interested
in those around him.
- Able to communicate socially easily or aggressively.
- His ideas are innovative and nice - He has many easy ways to solve problems.
- He loves freedom of imagination and does not like pressure - Independent.
• Creative children are able to shape, dialogue and accept new things.
In fact, they seek to learn everything new and long for knowledge.
 
They have an innate sense of creativity.
* Therefore, in order to create creative generations,
we must start by developing creativity in children, especially orphans, sick,
disabled and poor children.
 
Because they are more thirsty for care and learning to be busy
with what takes them out of their bitter reality and improves their way of life,
so they are more willing and diligent.
• To care for creative people, we need educators
and specialists whose first gift is love ...
A child who feels the warmth of love, tenderness
and care learns easier, simpler and faster ...!!!
This energy of love brings out the treasures of his creativity.
That is why I do not agree with those who claim
that caring for creative people is a difficult process that requires a lot of money,
studies, complex programs,
modern devices, and time...
I have experienced love - giving - tenderness - moral support -
and belief in children's abilities...
The result was amazing and continuous, as it was like the flow of blood
in the veins of creative people...
Creativity and experiences were transmitted through groups of children
and passed from one group to another, so there became a process of creativity
led by the children themselves by transferring their experiences to other children.
The truth is that the process of developing creativity is an integrated
and continuous process that seeks to develop the child's creative abilities
And it needs everyone to participate in it...
The family, the school, specialists, educators, experts,
and cultural specialists in the library...
To provide audio-visual means, ideas, dialogue, discussions, competitions,
and programs to develop the child's sense of innovation.
One of the most important means of protecting people
with special needs and autism angels is...
Developing social skills for people
with special needs as an attempt to develop social skills,
which is one of the most challenging skills for people with special needs,
especially if they have mental disabilities, language disorders, or autism.
 
Therefore, it is necessary to try to develop the skill of speaking
and self-expression with specialists in the early years of life
so that the child with special needs can express himself and his feelings,
which prevents him from resorting to violent actions to express them.
We need patience, understanding, and sympathy
during their wonderful journey to acquire social skills,
so I was named the raw material of little angels from the disabled
and autism angels because I gave them love, understanding,
and unconditional giving,
and I never exhausted the powers of patience.
 
Therefore, the most important ways to develop creativity will remain love,
as unconditional love is as strong as death and works miracles...!!!
