Intellectual Property Rights and Legally Protected Contents
 
The Arab Creativity Development Foundation,
School of Reviving Intellectual and Civilizational Heritage,
and the Academy of Creativity
strongly warn against any unauthorized use of these titles or contents, which were stolen from a website where the head of the foundation, the writer and novelist Maryam Al-Sayegh, published her works from 2007 to 2023. These works contain intellectual property and legal rights, as well as an original creative fingerprint.
 
Third Legal Warning
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
 
Using the listed titles for any other book, whether with the same content or different content.
 
Republishing or distributing any part of the stolen books or articles without explicit permission from the rightful copyright holders.
 
Using the titles or any part of the content in any commercial or literary works without official authorization.
 
We announce that any theft or manipulation of names and content constitutes an infringement on the institution's and the author’s intellectual property rights. Any unauthorized use of the content or original ideas will expose the violators to legal liability, which includes, but is not limited to, claims for financial compensation and legal penalties as stipulated in intellectual property laws and in accordance with international copyright agreements.
 
First: Intellectual Property Rights of the Books
All the mentioned works are fully protected under local and international intellectual property laws, including:
 
The Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works.
 
Egyptian Law No. 82 of 2002 on Intellectual Property Protection.
 
Saudi Copyright Protection Law.
 
UAE Law No. 7 of 2002 on Copyrights and Neighboring Rights.
 
Copyright laws in the European Union and the United States.
 
Second: Prohibition of Use of Titles or Content
The following is strictly prohibited:
 
Using the protected titles or content in any other publication in any form.
 
Republishing or distributing any of the 4,990 stolen articles.
 
Using the protected content in any commercial or literary works without official authorization.
 
Third: Legal Responsibility and Penalties
Any violation of these rights will result in:
 
Immediate legal action against the infringing party.
 
Claiming substantial financial compensation for material and moral damages caused by the infringement.
 
Issuance of judicial orders to stop publishing or distributing any infringing works.
 
Fourth: Final Warning
Any attempt to use the protected titles or content without legal authorization will face strict legal actions to protect intellectual and literary rights.

Droits de propriété intellectuelle et contenus protégés par la loi
 
La Fondation pour le développement de la créativité arabe,
L'École de la revitalisation du patrimoine intellectuel et civilisationnel,
et l'Académie de la créativité
avertissent fortement contre toute utilisation non autorisée de ces titres ou contenus, qui ont été volés depuis un site web où la présidente de la fondation, l'écrivaine et romancière Maryam Al-Sayegh, a publié ses œuvres de 2007 à 2023. Ces œuvres sont protégées par des droits de propriété intellectuelle et des droits légaux, ainsi qu'une empreinte créative originale.
 
Troisième avertissement juridique
Les actions suivantes sont strictement interdites :
 
Utiliser les titres mentionnés pour un autre livre, qu'il ait le même contenu ou un contenu différent.
 
Republier ou distribuer toute partie des livres ou articles volés sans l'autorisation expresse des titulaires des droits légitimes.
 
Utiliser les titres ou toute partie du contenu dans des œuvres commerciales ou littéraires sans autorisation officielle.
 
Nous annonçons que tout vol ou manipulation des noms et contenus constitue une violation des droits de propriété intellectuelle de l'institution et de l'auteur. Toute utilisation non autorisée du contenu ou des idées originales exposera les contrevenants à une responsabilité juridique, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, des demandes de compensation financière et des sanctions légales prévues par les lois sur la propriété intellectuelle et conformément aux conventions internationales sur le droit d'auteur.
 
Premièrement : Droits de propriété intellectuelle des livres
Toutes les œuvres mentionnées sont entièrement protégées par les lois locales et internationales sur la propriété intellectuelle, y compris :
 
La Convention de Berne pour la protection des œuvres littéraires et artistiques.
 
La loi égyptienne n° 82 de 2002 sur la protection de la propriété intellectuelle.
 
La loi saoudienne sur la protection des droits d'auteur.
 
La loi des Émirats arabes unis n° 7 de 2002 sur les droits d'auteur et les droits voisins.
 
Les lois sur le droit d'auteur de l'Union européenne et des États-Unis.
 
Deuxièmement : Interdiction d'utiliser les titres ou le contenu
Il est strictement interdit :
 
D'utiliser les titres ou contenus protégés dans toute autre publication sous quelque forme que ce soit.
 
De republier ou de distribuer l'un des 4 990 articles volés.
 
D'utiliser les contenus protégés dans toute œuvre commerciale ou littéraire sans autorisation officielle.
 
Troisièmement : Responsabilité légale et sanctions
Toute violation de ces droits entraînera :
 
Des actions légales immédiates contre la partie enfreignant la loi.
 
La demande de compensations financières importantes pour les dommages matériels et moraux causés par l'infraction.
 
L'émission d'ordonnances judiciaires pour arrêter la publication ou la distribution de toute œuvre violant la loi.
 
Quatrièmement : Avertissement final
Toute tentative d'utiliser les titres ou contenus protégés sans autorisation légale sera confrontée à des actions légales strictes pour protéger les droits intellectuels et littéraires.

حقوق الملكية الفكرية والمحتويات المحمية قانونيًا
 
تحذر مؤسسة تنمية الإبداع العربي،
مدرسة إحياء التراث الفكري والحضاري،
وأكاديمية الإبداع
بشدة من أي استخدام غير مصرح به لهذه العناوين أو المحتويات، التي تمت سرقتها من
موقع إلكتروني حيث كانت رئيسة المؤسسة، الكاتبة والروائية والشاعرة مريم الصايغ،
تنشر أعمالها من عام 2007 إلى 2023.
من محتوى كتبها السابقة على هذا التاريخ ولهم حقوق ملكية فكرية وقانونية وبصمة إبداعية
 
تحذير قانوني ثالث
يُمنع منعًا باتًا القيام بالإجراءات التالية:
استخدام العناوين المذكورة لأي كتاب آخر، سواء بنفس المحتوى أو بمحتوى مختلف.
إعادة نشر أو توزيع أي جزء من الكتب أو المقالات المسروقة دون إذن صريح من أصحاب الحقوق الشرعيين.
استخدام العناوين أو أي جزء من المحتوى في أعمال تجارية أو أدبية أخرى دون ترخيص رسمي.
 
نُعلن بأن أي سرقة ثم التلاعب بالأسماء والمحتوى
يشكل تعديًا على حقوق المؤسسة والمؤلفة الفكرية
وأن أي استخدام غير مصرح به للمحتوى
أو الفكرة الأصلية
سيعرض أصحاب ذلك الانتهاك القانوني
للمسؤولية القانونية التي تشمل،
دون حصر، المطالبة بالتعويضات المالية
و الجزاءات القانونية المقررة في قوانين حقوق الملكية الفكرية
و وفقًا لاتفاقيات حقوق الطبع والنشر الدولية
 
أولًا: حقوق الملكية الفكرية للكتب
جميع الأعمال المذكورة محمية بالكامل بموجب القوانين المحلية والدولية للملكية الفكرية، بما في ذلك:
- اتفاقية برن لحماية المصنفات الأدبية والفنية.
- القانون المصري رقم 82 لعام 2002 بشأن حماية الملكية الفكرية.
- قانون حماية حقوق الطبع والنشر السعودي.
- القانون الإماراتي رقم 7 لعام 2002 بشأن حقوق التأليف والحقوق المجاورة.
- قوانين حقوق الطبع والنشر في الاتحاد الأوروبي والولايات المتحدة الأمريكية.
 
ثانيًا: حظر استخدام العناوين أو المحتوى
يحظر منعًا باتًا:
- استخدام العناوين أو المحتويات المحمية في أي منشور آخر بأي شكل من الأشكال.
- إعادة نشر أو توزيع أي من المقالات ال4,990 المسروقة.
- استخدام المحتويات المحمية في أي أعمال تجارية أو أدبية دون تصريح رسمي.
 
ثالثًا: المسؤولية القانونية والعقوبات
أي انتهاك لهذه الحقوق سيؤدي إلى:
- اتخاذ إجراءات قانونية فورية ضد الطرف المخالف.
- المطالبة بتعويضات مالية كبيرة عن الأضرار المادية والأدبية الناجمة عن التعدي.
- إصدار أوامر قضائية بوقف نشر أو توزيع أي عمل منتهك.
رابعًا: التحذير النهائي
أي محاولة لاستخدام العناوين أو المحتويات المحمية دون ترخيص قانوني ستواجه بإجراءات قانونية صارمة لحماية الحقوق الفكرية والأدبية.
