Legal Warning Regarding the Intellectual Property Rights of the Books "Kooky’s Tales" and "The Protector of Little Angels", Including the Chapter on Autism
 
The Arab Creativity Development Foundation, the School for the Revival of Intellectual and Civilizational Heritage, and the Creativity Academy hereby issue an official warning against any unauthorized use of the title or content of the books "Kooky’s Tales" and "The Protector of Little Angels", including the chapter on autism, in any form whatsoever, including but not limited to:
 
Copying
 
Quoting
 
Republishing
 
Distributing
 
Promoting
 
Or using it in events such as the Third International Autism Conference,
(International Autism Conference |||)
under the theme: "Regulating the relationship between the brain and the digestive system, and improving visual-neural communication, leading to enhanced social interaction for children trapped in the autism spiral."
 
Or in any similar activity or work that uses this content or its ideas, without official and written permission from the rightful intellectual property holders.
 
First: Intellectual Property Rights
All content of the books "Kooky’s Tales" and "The Protector of Little Angels", including the chapter on autism, is fully protected under applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.

La Fondation pour le Développement de la Créativité Arabe, l'École pour la Renaissance du Patrimoine Intellectuel et Civilisationnel, et l'Académie de la Créativité mettent en garde contre toute utilisation non autorisée du titre ou du contenu des livres "Les Contes de Kooky" et "La Protectrice des Petits Anges", y compris le chapitre dédié à l'autisme, sous quelque forme que ce soit, notamment :
 
La copie
 
La citation
 
La republication
 
La distribution
 
La promotion
 
Ou son utilisation lors d'événements tels que le Troisième Congrès International de l'Autisme,
(International Autism Conference |||)
sur le thème : "Réguler la relation entre le cerveau et le système digestif, et améliorer la communication visuelle et neuronale, afin d'améliorer l'interaction sociale des enfants pris dans la spirale de l'autisme."
 
Ou dans toute activité ou travail similaire exploitant ce contenu ou ses idées sans une autorisation officielle et écrite des ayants droit.
 
Premièrement : Droits de propriété intellectuelle
L'intégralité du contenu des livres "Les Contes de Kooky" et "La Protectrice des Petits Anges", y compris le chapitre sur l'autisme, est pleinement protégée par les lois en vigueur sur la
propriété intellectuelle et le droit d'auteur.

تحذير قانوني بشأن حقوق ملكية محتوى كتب "حكايات كوكي" و " حامية الملائكة الصغار " ومنها فصل عن التوحد
 
تحذر مؤسسة تنمية الإبداع العربي، ومدرسة إحياء التراث الفكري الحضاري، وأكاديمية الإبداع من أي استخدام غير مصرح به لعنوان أو محتوى
كتب "حكايات كوكي" و " حامية الملائكة الصغار " ومنها فصل عن التوحد ، بأي شكل من الأشكال، سواء كان ذلك عبر النسخ، أو الاقتباس، أو إعادة النشر، أو التوزيع، أو الترويج أو في مؤتمر

ضبط العلاقة بين المخ والجهاز الهضمي، وتحسين التواصل البصري العصبي الذي ينتج عنه تحسين التواصل الاجتماعي التفاعلي للطفل الواقع في دوامة
التوحد،
أو لأي عمل مشابه يحمل المحتوى نفسه دون إذن رسمي وخطي من الجهات المالكة للحقوق الفكرية.
 
أولًا: الحقوق الفكرية للكتاب
تتمتع محتوى كتب "حكايات كوكي" و " حامية الملائكة الصغار " ومنها فصل عن التوحد
بالحماية القانونية الكاملة بموجب قوانين الملكية الفكرية الدولية والمحلية، ومنها:
 
اتفاقية برن لحماية المصنفات الأدبية والفنية، التي تضمن حقوق المؤلف بمجرد نشره العمل.
القوانين المحلية لحماية حقوق المؤلف، مثل:
القانون المصري رقم 82 لسنة 2002 بشأن حماية حقوق الملكية الفكرية.
القانون السعودي لنظام حماية حقوق المؤلف.
القانون الإماراتي رقم 7 لسنة 2002 في شأن حقوق المؤلف والحقوق المجاورة.
قوانين الاتحاد الأوروبي والولايات المتحدة بشأن حماية حقوق النشر والتأليف.
ثانيًا: منع استخدام العنوان أو المحتوى
يحظر تمامًا ما يلي:
 
استخدام محتوى كتب "حكايات كوكي" و " حامية الملائكة الصغار "
ومنها فصل عن التوحد لأي كتاب آخر، سواء كان بنفس المضمون أو بمحتوى مختلف.
أو المشاركة بالمختوى المسروق في أي ندوة أو مؤتمر
أو
إعادة نشر أو توزيع أي جزء من محتوى الكتاب دون إذن صريح من أصحاب الحقوق.
استخدام العنوان أو أي جزء من المحتوى في أعمال تجارية أو أدبية أخرى دون تصريح رسمي.
 
ثالثًا: المسؤولية القانونية والعقوبات
أي انتهاك لهذه الحقوق سيؤدي إلى:
 
اتخاذ إجراءات قانونية فورية ضد الجهة المخالفة، بما في ذلك رفع دعاوى قضائية لحماية الحقوق الفكرية.
المطالبة بتعويضات مالية كبيرة عن أي ضرر مادي أو أدبي ناتج عن التعدي على الحقوق الفكرية للكتاب.
إمكانية إصدار قرارات قضائية بوقف نشر أو توزيع أي عمل مخالف.
رابعًا: تحذير نهائي
أي محاولة لاستخدام اسم كتب "حكايات كوكي" و " حامية الملائكة الصغار " ومنها فصل عن التوحد
أو محتواهما دون إذن قانوني ستواجه بإجراءات قانونية صارمة لحماية حقوق الملكية الفكرية والأدبية.
