Issued by the Arab Creativity Development Foundation, the School for Reviving Intellectual and Civilizational Heritage, and the Academy of Creativity
 
Regarding the Intellectual Property Rights of:
The title "Trials of Wheat"
The content of "Dialogue with My Extremist Friend"
4,990 stolen articles
The Arab Creativity Development Foundation, the School for Reviving Intellectual and Civilizational Heritage, and the Academy of Creativity warn against any unauthorized use of these titles or contents, which were stolen from a subsidiary website where the president of the foundation, author and novelist Mariam Al-Sayegh, had been publishing between 2007 and 2023.
 
Additional Legal Warning
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
 
Using the title "Notebooks of Love That Never Fall" for any other book, whether with the same content or different content.
Republishing or distributing any part of the book's content or the stolen articles without explicit permission from the rightful owners.
Using the title or any part of the content in other commercial or literary works without formal authorization.
First: Intellectual Property Rights
The following enjoy full legal protection under international and local intellectual property laws:
 
The title "Trials of Wheat" and the content of "Dialogue with My Extremist Friend".
The book "Notebooks of Love That Never Fall".
This protection is provided under:
 
The Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works, which guarantees authors' rights upon publication.
Egyptian Law No. 82 of 2002 on intellectual property rights.
The Saudi Copyright Protection Law.
UAE Federal Law No. 7 of 2002 on copyright and neighboring rights.
EU and US copyright and intellectual property protection laws.
Second: Prohibition of Use
It is strictly forbidden to:
 
Use the title "Trials of Wheat", the content of "Dialogue with My Extremist Friend", or the 4,990 stolen articles from a subsidiary website belonging to author, novelist, and poet Professor Mariam Al-Sayegh, President of the Foundation.
Use the title "Notebooks of Love That Never Fall" for any other book, whether with the same or different content.
Republishing or distributing any part of the books' content or the stolen articles without explicit permission from the rightful owners.
Using the title or any part of the content in other commercial or literary works without formal authorization.
Third: Legal Liability and Penalties
Any violation of these rights will result in:
 
Immediate legal action against the infringing party, including lawsuits to protect intellectual property rights.
Significant financial compensation claims for any material or moral damage caused by intellectual property infringement.
Judicial orders to halt the publication or distribution of any infringing work.
Fourth: Final Warning
Any attempt to use:
 
The title "Trials of Wheat", the content of "Dialogue with My Extremist Friend", or the 4,990 stolen articles.
The name "Notebooks of Love That Never Fall" or its content.
Without legal authorization will face strict legal measures to protect intellectual and literary property rights.

La Fondation pour le Développement de la Créativité Arabe, l'École de la Renaissance du Patrimoine Intellectuel et Civilisationnel et l'Académie de la Créativité mettent en garde contre toute utilisation non autorisée de ces titres ou contenus, qui ont été volés à partir d’un site affilié où la présidente de la fondation, l’écrivaine et romancière Mariam Al-Sayegh, publiait entre 2007 et 2023.
 
Avertissement Juridique Supplémentaire
Les actions suivantes sont strictement interdites :
 
Utiliser le titre « Carnets d’amour qui ne tombent jamais » pour tout autre livre, que ce soit avec le même contenu ou un contenu différent.
Republier ou distribuer toute partie du contenu du livre ou des articles volés sans l'autorisation explicite des détenteurs des droits.
Utiliser le titre ou toute partie du contenu dans des œuvres commerciales ou littéraires sans autorisation officielle.
Premièrement : Droits de Propriété Intellectuelle
Bénéficient d’une protection juridique complète en vertu des lois internationales et locales sur la propriété intellectuelle :
 
Le titre « Procès du Blé » et le contenu de « Dialogue avec mon ami extrémiste ».
Le livre « Carnets d’amour qui ne tombent jamais ».
Cette protection est assurée par :
 
La Convention de Berne pour la protection des œuvres littéraires et artistiques, qui garantit les droits d’auteur dès la publication.
La loi égyptienne n° 82 de 2002 sur la protection des droits de propriété intellectuelle.
La loi saoudienne sur la protection du droit d’auteur.
La loi fédérale des Émirats arabes unis n° 7 de 2002 sur le droit d’auteur et les droits voisins.
Les lois de l'Union Européenne et des États-Unis sur la protection des droits d'auteur et de propriété intellectuelle.
Deuxièmement : Interdiction d'utilisation
Il est formellement interdit de :
 
Utiliser le titre « Procès du Blé », le contenu de « Dialogue avec mon ami extrémiste » ou les 4 990 articles volés d’un site affilié appartenant à l’écrivaine, romancière et poétesse Professeur Mariam Al-Sayegh, Présidente de la Fondation.
Utiliser le titre « Carnets d’amour qui ne tombent jamais » pour tout autre livre, qu’il ait un contenu similaire ou différent.
Republier ou distribuer toute partie du contenu des livres ou des articles volés sans l'autorisation explicite des détenteurs des droits.
Utiliser le titre ou toute partie du contenu dans des œuvres commerciales ou littéraires sans autorisation officielle.
Troisièmement : Responsabilité Légale et Sanctions
Toute violation de ces droits entraînera :
 
Des actions judiciaires immédiates contre la partie contrevenante, y compris des poursuites pour protéger les droits de propriété intellectuelle.
Des demandes d’indemnisation financière significatives pour tout dommage matériel ou moral résultant de la violation des droits de propriété intellectuelle.
Des ordonnances judiciaires interdisant la publication ou la distribution de toute œuvre enfreignant ces droits.
Quatrièmement : Avertissement Final
Toute tentative d’utiliser :
 
Le titre « Procès du Blé », le contenu de « Dialogue avec mon ami extrémiste », ou les 4 990 articles volés.
Le nom « Carnets d’amour qui ne tombent jamais » ou son contenu.
Sans autorisation légale fera l’objet de poursuites strictes pour protéger les droits de propriété intellectuelle et littéraire.

وعدد 4990 مقالًا تمت سرقتهم
تحذر مؤسسة تنمية الإبداع العربي، مدرسة إحياء التراث الفكري الحضاري، وأكاديمية الإبداع من أي استخدام غير مصرح به لهذه العناوين أو المحتويات، والتي تمت سرقتها من موقع فرعي كانت تنشر فيه رئيسة المؤسسة، الأديبة والروائية مريم الصايغ، خلال الفترة من عام 2007 وحتى 2023.
 
تحذير قانوني إضافي
يُحظر تمامًا ما يلي:
 
استخدام العنوان "دفاتر المحبة التي ما تسقط أبدًا" لأي كتاب آخر، سواء بنفس المضمون أو بمحتوى مختلف.
إعادة نشر أو توزيع أي جزء من محتوى الكتاب أو المقالات المسروقة دون إذن صريح من أصحاب الحقوق.
استخدام العنوان أو أي جزء من المحتوى في أعمال تجارية أو أدبية أخرى دون تصريح رسمي.
أولًا: الحقوق الفكرية للكتاب
يتمتع كلٌّ من:
 
مسمى "محاكمات القمح" ومحتوى "حوار مع صديقي المتطرف".
كتاب "دفاتر المحبة التي ما تسقط أبدًا".
بحماية قانونية كاملة بموجب قوانين الملكية الفكرية الدولية والمحلية، ومنها:
اتفاقية برن لحماية المصنفات الأدبية والفنية، التي تضمن حقوق المؤلف بمجرد نشره العمل.
القانون المصري رقم 82 لسنة 2002 بشأن حماية حقوق الملكية الفكرية.
القانون السعودي لنظام حماية حقوق المؤلف.
القانون الإماراتي رقم 7 لسنة 2002 في شأن حقوق المؤلف والحقوق المجاورة.
قوانين الاتحاد الأوروبي والولايات المتحدة بشأن حماية حقوق النشر والتأليف.
ثانيًا: منع استخدام العنوان أو المحتوى
يُمنع منعًا باتًا:
 
استخدام المسمى "محاكمات القمح" أو محتوى "حوار مع صديقي المتطرف" أو محتوى 4990 مقالًا تمت سرقتهم من موقع فرعي تابع للأديبة والروائية الشاعرة بروفيسور مريم الصايغ، رئيسة المؤسسة.
استخدام العنوان "دفاتر المحبة التي ما تسقط أبدًا" لأي كتاب آخر، سواء بنفس المضمون أو بمحتوى مختلف.
إعادة نشر أو توزيع أي جزء من محتوى الكتب أو المقالات المسروقة دون إذن صريح من أصحاب الحقوق.
استخدام العنوان أو أي جزء من المحتوى في أعمال تجارية أو أدبية أخرى دون تصريح رسمي.
ثالثًا: المسؤولية القانونية والعقوبات
أي انتهاك لهذه الحقوق سيؤدي إلى:
 
اتخاذ إجراءات قانونية فورية ضد الجهة المخالفة، بما في ذلك رفع دعاوى قضائية لحماية الحقوق الفكرية.
المطالبة بتعويضات مالية كبيرة عن أي ضرر مادي أو أدبي ناتج عن التعدي على الحقوق الفكرية.
إصدار قرارات قضائية بوقف نشر أو توزيع أي عمل مخالف.
رابعًا: تحذير نهائي
أي محاولة لاستخدام:
 
المسمى "محاكمات القمح" ومحتوى "حوار مع صديقي المتطرف" و4990 مقالًا تمت سرقتهم.
الاسم "دفاتر المحبة التي ما تسقط أبدًا" أو محتواهما.
دون إذن قانوني ستواجه بإجراءات قانونية صارمة لحماية حقوق الملكية الفكرية والأدبية.
